I suppose you want to know how to get to the Underwater world of "Celestia" don't you? Celestia is a land LOST in time! Explorers thought for a long time that it was gone, missing from the Spiral! But recently, Marelybonian's have been exploring the empty oceans of the Spiral, and found Celestia underwater! What a remarkable sight Celestia was! In ruins like DragonSpyre, Celestia will maintain a healthy connection with the Spiral. To get there you must find the Queen's Servants, and then eventually hunt down the Spiral Key in Marelybone!
